Part 2: Oil and Gas Workforce in 2044

In the second part of the journey, set in 2044, the number of oil and gas workers remains significant as the industry enters a mature phase. Members of the existing workforce age and retire while demand for new workers remains low. The vast majority of projected production involves existing assets with little expansion needed.

Part 3: Hydrogen Workforce in 2044

The third part of the data journey demonstrates that investment in a new Hydrogen workforce that is both younger, more diverse, and gender balanced, leads to a larger, more sustainable labour pool.
